Meet Jason Lilley, an Iraqi war veteran. As a helicopter door-gunner this Marine was literally in the line of fire more frequently than most. He’s a man of great courage, a patriot, a husband, and father of three wonderful kids.After 13 failed knee operations and years of agonizing pain, he made the harrowing decision to have his own leg amputated. On the day of his surgery he smiles from ear to ear. His wife Michelle asks, “Why are you smiling?”. Jason replies, “I’ve got the perfect Halloween costume…”
