A QR code or Quick Response Code is a type of matrix bar code that contains information about an item to which it’s attached. QR codes have become popular over the last few years but originally were developed back in 1994 by the Japanese automotive industry.

This QR code takes your to the YouCanFollow.Me YCFM profile. Scan it and see for yourself.

Today QR codes are used by all kinds of industries but have become increasingly popular for businesses to direct people to their web site by embedding the web site address into the code. A simple scan of your QR code with a cell phone can direct your audience directly to your site without the hassle of opening up a web browser to type in the address… hence the name Quick Response code.

Once you’ve decided where exactly you want to send your offline audience, adding your QR Code to printed marketing materials is easy. Incorporate it directly into your printed media, or simply create stickers and add them to your offline items.

Many of our YCFM members in all kinds of industries have used their QR codes on their:

  • Business cards
  • Thank you cards
  • Products / Samples
  • Stickers / Labels
  • Catalogs / Brochures
  • Window decals
  • T-shirts

What else can you think of?

    • Tattoo maybe? 😆

Fortunately YCFM makes it easy for you. We’ve already set up your QR code for you. Just login to your account and click on Marketing > Your QR Code. Then just use it as you please to direct your visitors to your YCFM profile.
